Shipping Policy:

        All orders placed at Cowpokes will be shipped UPS. Shipping rates are calculated by weight of the package and the distance that it is shipped. The shipping and handling will be added to your order at the time of purchase.

Return/Refunds/Exchanges:

        If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price as long as the merchandise is returned to us in original condition with all tags and the original receipts included. If you are unable to supply the original receipt, you will be issued store credit at the lowest price that the item was most recently sold. If for any reason you feel that a product purchased from us is defective, please contact us immediately with the information. Refunds and store credits will be issued within five business days upon receiving the returned product. Any defective product sent be us to the manufacturer foe inspection may take longer. Do not contact the manufacturer with product claims. For your protection we recommend that you insure the package as we can not be responsible for uninsured packages.
